So many of our clients have requested a stand-alone lighting system that we have finally answered your prayers. As you can see in the middle picture above, we have designed a new lighting system that will allow clients to not use a tent if they are no wanting one. The wine barrels allow the weighted pole to stand tall while placing the stools in the first picture around each barrel. This allows you to get some awesome lighting as well as space for your guests to sit around the fun. This is a great way to optimize space and put your dance floor underneath. So come on down and see our showroom with all your rental needs. Let's be honest for a moment. This past year has taken a toll on everyone. So, when it comes to expenses there are defiantly compromises that tends to happen. However, when you are planning your dream wedding it can become challenging to see what a must is and where to make your adjustments. Here are a few key things to not compromise on.
Heating: Even in the summer the evenings can become chilly with any altitude. So, you need to consider how late your reception is going into the evening. You do not want your guests to leave early because they are cold and no longer enjoying their time. Lighting: Lighting can be very expensive, but it is also, not somewhere you want to budget on. There is a difference between having enough lighting to see what is going on under the tent and on the dance floor to wanting lighting for ambiance. No matter what your preference is you must also make sure that there is enough lighting to see what you're eating. To make sure that your guests can find their way back to their cars and that your catering team has enough light to prep and get your food out to the tables.
