express our sincere thanks for choosing us to help you with your very
special occasion. It is our top priority to make sure that you have everything
you need for a stress-free, memorable and successful event. We are here to
serve. If there is something you need that we do not have, we should be able
to direct you to where you can find it. Please don't hesitate to ask. The
following is a statement of our policies concerning availability, delivery
and payment.

Policy Agreement



Consultations

Please feel free to come in and view our selection of items
on the floor or in our wedding guide. Because items can be out of the store
when you are making your selections, this guide will help you determine the
perfect decor for your event. We are open 7 days a week, but party
consultants are not always available. It is best to make an appointment if
you need assistance in planning or when you are ready to select the items
you need.



Reservations

Reservations for your event should be made as early as
possible. Summer weekends are usually reserved early. A 50%, non-refundable,
deposit will be required at the time of the reservation to hold your order.



Payment

Rental equipment for parties is rented on a "per event" basis. Because of
travel time and set-up, a typical Saturday event would be delivered or
picked-up from our store on Friday and returned on Sunday. A two day event
is subject to additional charges. The remainder of any payment, including
delivery charges, is due in full prior to the event. No credit is given for
unused equipment such as linens. You are paying for time out, not time used.



Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for the rented merchandise.
This deposit will be refunded to you, less any damages and/or associated
charges upon the timely return of the rented items. The security deposit can
be guaranteed with a credit card, check or cash. All items are carefully
wrapped for transport and need to come back to our store in the same
condition. All damage is your responsibility, regardless of the cause. This
includes acts of nature, God or anyone else. We prefer to deliver the items
directly to your site, thereby reducing chances of scratches or dents. We
will accept responsibility for wind damage to any tents that we set up.



Damage Waiver Charge

A damage waiver charge of 10% is assessed on all rental contracts. Dealer
agrees to waive any claim against customer for accidental damage to
equipment rented under this contract. DWC does not cover vandalism, theft,
disappearance, dirty dishes, badly soiled or damaged linens or misuse of
equipment.



Delivery

Delivery and pickup in the Montrose city limits is $60.00. Areas beyond
Montrose are quoted. Please call today!
